This hotel stay was great! Pet friendly and super clean. The staff was amazing! Literally everyone of the staff members were so friendly, professional, helpful...truly customer oriented. Without a doubt this will be my go to hotel whenever we visit Austin.

Staff were super wonderful. Breakfast was fabulous-croissant egg sandwich with Tuscan potatoes and vanilla latte hit the spot. Really enjoyed the JBL Bluetooth speaker to play my music on. They even had a garment steamer so I could get the wrinkles out of my dress for dinner! Would stay there again for sure!

The property and staff was great. Only complaints are that valet parking is crazy expensive, but I guess that is fairly standard for that area. Also, we could hear the loud beeping for the crosswalk 15 stories below like it was right outside our window, but once again I don’t know what could be done about that. View was amazing and bed was very comfortable and luxurious.
