Construction was occurring throughout our stay there. The construction started at 7 AM. This woke us up way earlier than we wanted to. We asked for a refund and they said they were going to contact Expedia to refund one room that we asked for our money to be returned to us. We do not believe that it was acceptable to start construction before 8 AM.

Make sure to ask if they are under construction!!!

Upon arrival was the first notice that they were under remodeling construction. I was traveling alone and had to enter from the rear side of the building. It was not well lit at night and just seemed so unsafe. Check in was a pain and it was a makeshift reception area that was very confined. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, an available makeshift conference room was being utilized as the dining area. The construction was noisy, elevators were slow, the ice machine on my floor didn’t even work. Due to a flight change I asked for a late check out and was charged additional funds for one extra hour. Overall I was very disappointed. I’m not sure if things will change once the remodeling has been completed, but my visit left much to be desired. Would not recommend.

This place is under construction so hopefully will improve. But as its stands today, it is not great and I would not recommend staying here. The hotel, including the rooms, are dated. The coffee maker in the room leaked and there are not many amenities beyond the mini fridge. They don’t even provide one single complimentary water. I couldn’t get the TV to cast so you’re stuck with the standard TV. And the breakfast is awful, sparse healthy options. Instant oatmeal, all with sugar. Even the yogurt options all have loaded sugar, no plain yogurt. Also gross runny eggs, cheap coffee, and sugar cereals. Gross! And the elevator is insanely slow. I recommend staying at a newer hotel down the road.
