Was looking forward to pool…..closed and looked like a sewer. Asked 3 times to fix bathroom faucet and finaly gave up! Asked to make up room….was told every third day. Hot breakfast same everyday. Toilet set was loose and tightened myself. Why ask. Employees were nice etc just conditions and follow up on requests. Pool put a damper on everything else coming from cold weather was a major damper on trip. Glad I didn’t bring kids. Looksd great on-line so really false advertising. I would e stayed somewhere else if I’d been told when making reservation.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room and the hotel itself was clean. The pool, however, was green and could not be used. It was a little offsetting but did not ruin my stay in any way.

The main reason we picked this hotel was the shuttle from the airport, but it apparently has hours that it runs so we had to spend extra money to get a ride to the airport. Bathroom sink faucet was loose and it didnt have hot water. Tub area looked pretty gross. Pool was not open. The juice machine at breakfast only produced water

This La Quinta needs help!

The condition of the hotel was poor and not clean. We had stains all over walls, bulbs out, no use of pool area and green algae. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Service was average. Breakfast was just fine so that was nice. I would not recommend due condition of the place.
