This home is located on two acres along the shores of Lake Austin. It is made up of a main house with 2 king bedrooms/bathrooms plus a half bath and a guest house that has a large bunkroom with 8 twin beds and a king bedroom/bathroom. If you would only like to book the main house, please contact us for special pricing.

Both the main and guest houses each have full kitchens and laundry rooms. You will have access to 200 feet of private lakefront complete with two private docks and a sandy swimming beach. If you know anything about Austin, you’ll know what a rare find this is! Launch one of our many kayaks or paddleboards with the whole family to explore the beauty of this lake, relax with all of your friends on the 16ft lily pad in the lake, or take a hike through the surrounding Balcones Canyonland Preserve. Enjoy al fresco sunset meals on the two-story party dock, smores around the fire pit, or catch bass, catfish, and perch off the 2nd boat dock. The patio overlooking the lake is a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea or to grill and entertain your group.
