I booked and fully paid for this apartment six weeks in advance. Communication was entirely automated and unhelpful. I was told I would receive check-in instructions 30 minutes before arrival, but never did. While en route, I had to call and wait on hold to get them sent.
I arrived around 8 p.m. in the rain to an empty office. The key box code I was given did not work. After more calls, I was told someone had already used my code and taken the keys. Two other guests were there at the same time with the exact same issue, and customer service could not provide answers. By chance, a guest returned a key she had taken by mistake, which allowed me to finally get in.
Inside, the internet and TV did not work despite being listed amenities.
Checkout was just as bad. I had to leave at 4 a.m. for an early flight and neither the fob nor the code worked to return the keys. Support was slow and offered no workable solution, so I had to leave the keys on top of the box to catch my flight.
This is clearly a systemic failure, not a one-off issue. Multiple guests experienced the same problems, and there was no effective nor expert support. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking with this company.
