Welcome to your Hill Country getaway! Cortijo con Vistas (Farmhouse with Views) lives up to it's name! This modern Hill Country farmhouse was built atop a rolling Texas hill in the summer of 2021, providing amazing views from an expansive first floor patio and matching second floor deck. Each bedroom captures the picturesque view with the primary overlooking the patio and the two upstairs guest rooms overlooking the deck.

The house is perfectly situated for your Hill Country retreat. Set on a little over an acre of land in Dripping Springs, the house provides a feeling of remoteness while being central to wedding venues, wineries, distilleries, breweries, hiking trails, watering holes, highland lakes, and the nearby towns of Wimberley, Fredericksburg, and Johnson City. The views from the house are breathtaking with rewarding sunsets at the end of each day. Bring a camera! The deer, family of small foxes, pair of roadrunners, and wild birds add to the charm of the home.

This newly built house is waiting for you with flat screen HDTV's in the living room and primary, new memory foam beds in all three bedrooms, a large living / kitchen / dining open floor plan, and free WIFI.

Main Level:
- Large living / dining / kitchen open floor plan with plenty of seating, including a comfy couch, chairs, dining for 6, and 4 bar stools. A 50" HD Smart TV hangs in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential cookware and bakeware and some basic spices. A voice controlled speaker allows you to stream your favorite music and control several features within the home.

- Spacious primary suite with a beautiful view through a sliding glass door that leads to the patio. The primary bath, includes dual vanities, a toilet, and a spacious shower. Rest up on a king bed with a new memory foam mattress while dozing off to your favorite TV show on the 50" HD Smart TV.

- Patio with dining/lounging area, two chairs outside the master bedroom, string lights to illuminate and add ambiance to your Texas Hill Country evenings.

- Laundry with new washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

- The attention to detail continues in the 1/2 Bath.

Upstairs:
- Two guest rooms, each with stunning views through double windows, adorning nightside tables, closet space, luggage racks, and comfortable queen beds with new memory foam mattresses.

- Upscale and elegant guest bathroom with vanity, toilet, and bath/shower.

The house is monitored by two security cameras, one facing the driveway and one in the doorbell at the front entry.

This house is perfect! I wish I could give it 10 stars, the location is great- super close to everything downtown Drip. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is incredibly organized and well stocked. The views are STUNNING. Morning, afternoon, evening they did not disappoint. And we enjoyed seeing deer too! Can’t say enough good things about this house, we will be back!

Beautiful Dripping Springs Home - Outstanding Host

Our stay here for my daughter's wedding weekend in Dripping Springs was outstanding!! Monica, our property manager, was super friendly and responsive to messages from the first day we booked. Her communications and instructions matched perfectly with on site experience. Very clean and professionally managed. Close to HEB grocery and other local amenities (Starbucks). Gorgeous home and views as reflected in the online photos. I would highly recommend booking a stay here. We are already considering our next future opportunity to return.

Lovely Hill Country Home

Stayed here with our family and a couple of friends for a wedding in Dripping Springs. The house was great. Morning coffee on the patio is a must with all of the wildlife about. House was spacious enough for our family of four and two other friends who stayed with us.

Amazing family weekend!

The property was perfect for our family of five. Adults had a bedroom, the teen had a bedroom the kids shared the last bedroom. Huge kitchen and living room were just right for entertaining friends one night. And the hilltop views were gorgeous off of the patios. Plenty of Deer on the property as well. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll probably do it again in the fall.

Hill Country Delight

We came in town for a family wedding and wanted a little more space and privacy than a hotel. This house was perfect! Close to everything yet had great views off of the decks and was in a quiet neighborhood. We saw a fox and deer. The house was pristinely clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Great Place

We were in town for a family friend's wedding. We have adult children that were attending as well so we would have needed 2 separate rooms at a hotel. So instead, we decided on a VRBO for basically the same price but had all the conveniences and luxury of our own home. This place exceeded our expectations - really nice home with a beautiful view and very clean. The host was wonderful as well - great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great location for where we were going, and scenery is gorgeous from outside balconies. Bell Winery recommended near them. Only complaint was upstairs beds not that comfortable and as in description be prepared for critters.

We were in the area for my niece’s wedding. The property is beautiful. We were able to enjoy cooler mornings on the balcony and one sunset while we were there. Nice area near the wedding venue. Would stay here again.

Perfect Hilltop Home overlooking Hill Country

This house is so charming and had literally everything that we needed for myself and my 3 adult children. I love that the primary suite is on the main floor and that the other two bedrooms are upstairs. The 2.5 bathrooms was so needed with 4 adults! The two full length decks are my favorite thing about the house even though it is hard to pick a favorite thing about this house because it's literally perfect. I had asked Monica if they had any box fans in the house because my family needs the noise from the fan to sleep and she went out and bought two box fans ahead of our arrival. She was always available for any questions or communication. Every day during our stay there where Deer frolicking in the large yard around the house. We were in town for a wedding at Morgan Creek Barn and this house was the perfect location for that. If I ever come back to the Austin area, I will be booking immediately to stay at this house. There's so many options for nearby shopping, food and entertainment. If you're going to the Austin area and you prefer a country setting over a city setting, this is your place!
