You also get to enjoy the numerous amenities within The Hollows resort, community. Our rental includes a 4-seater golf cart to use while exploring the hiking and biking trails, several pools, and pickleball courts, throughout the community. The Hollows also includes the Northshore Marina.

HOA requires a list with all guests' names who are staying on our property. This must be returned no later than 72 Hours before the date of arrival.
This is a pet-free home. If animals are brought into the home there will be an additional cleaning fee of $500.00
