Good Things, Plenty of parking, Free Coffee, Cleaning Routine. AC is good. Internet rarely connects or I should say there is NO internet available, Shower has weak pressure, not enough hot water. Door lock was broken, need several attempts to unlock door through keycard.

I wish I had better things to say, but unfortunately I had to stay the one night, as I didn't have any other options, and was forced to find another hotel for the remainder of my stay in Austin. This is a place to be avoided if at all possible, cannot recommend it to anyone.

Staff was excellent. Reception was great, I arrived before check in time and they were courteous and understanding, and checked me in without a problem The only issue was that the light to the sinnk are was not working and there was a leack in the shower that kept me up all night.

Room was non-smoking, but smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Was asked about a pet, but didn't bring one this time. Parking is small and tight. Be careful with those parking blocks!
