New SPA!! Gorgeous updated House & Guest House on 1/2 acre in downtown Dripping Springs! Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, & famous downtown Mercer Street! House is a 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen), 1 bath (tub/shower) & Guest House is 1 bed (1 king, twin bunk beds), 1 bath (shower). All of the amenities of home, including a fully furnished kitchen, games, a massive DVD library, wifi and YouTube TV, outdoor grill, & plenty of parking right in town. Only a short 30 min from the Austin Airport, you can get to Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and Marble Falls within an hour.

Main house: 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen), 1 bath (tub/shower), fully stocked kitchen, 4 person dining, large living room with sectional couch, laundry, and patio with grill.

Bluff Street cottage is a gem in Dripping Springs, it's close to everything and the cottage is very we appointed and clean! We really enjoyed the outdoor area and relaxing in the hot tub! Colt and Lauren are super great hosts!
