All bedrooms have Smart TVs and there is patio access from the master bedroom and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The living room is complimented with ample seating, colorful decor, and a Smart TV. From here you can access the patio equipped with outdoor seating, and BBQ. - There is parking space for 2 small cars in front of the property, additional first come first serve street parking available.
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- There is a Ring doorbell attached to the front door - the camera audio/video records for security purposes.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $50 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price so if you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance.

The Villa is located in Point Venture, a resort community on the north shore of Lake Travis. Enjoy a private boat rental or charter from Liquid Thrillz Boat Rental located in the Point Venture Marina. Have a meal at Captain Pete's Boathouse Floating Restaurant. Amenities include access to a community Pool, lakefront park with beaches, playground, golf, tennis & pickleball courts, and frisbee golf course. Lake Travis is a 65-mile long lake and offers endless fun on the water with boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The property is located under an hour from Austin, giving guests the opportunity to truly see and do it all.

This Villa will be stocked with a weekend supply bathroom items such as soap, shampoo as well kitchen items including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags. Please plan accordingly based on your usage and length of stay.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
