Very noisy. All noise from other business can be heard from the room. One of the nights, the restaurant cleaning noise was so loud we could not sleep.

The crew is super friendly, and the room is new and clean. However, the soundproofing is just okay, and unfortunately, the water at the sink is very small due to township limitations.

Overall a very nice place.

Overall we were very happy ..room was great..location great, staff were friendly. The only ding was that we requested housekeeping at the front desk, came back 10 hrs later and they didn't do it. Not a big deal but it was a small disappointment when we returned

1. Valet said I cannot park in front of the hotel even for just unloading our luggages. So I had to pull three luggages from the parking garage across the road. 2. At the check-in they told me to pay $75 extra. After learning I am expedia VIP, the available rooms “disappeared”. So, I had to come back hours later again. 3. The elevator has the loudest ring and the doors/walls are not blocking any sound. So much noise, especially after midnight. 4. There is only coffee in rooms, no tea, not even hot water. 5. Shampoo and soap bottles have defective pumps. 6. Housekeeping kicked us out from the room to do their job. 7. A dog kept barking in the last day, even after midnight.

AC unit too loud and could not turn off; could not get hot water from bathroom sink; could not get coffee maker to work; bed was very comfortable. $25 fee for parking was an insult.
