This is a unique property that overlooks the area known as the Wild Basin. It is very quiet and secluded yet it is just minutes to downtown. There are views from every window. There is also a balcony with seating for four people. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home – just bring your food and you are ready to go! There is one covered parking space in the carport as well as ample parking space in front of the property. There are trails along the edge of the basin so you can enjoy some walks in your own private park! This is the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit is also available to rent. Wandering deer, beautiful sunsets and quiet seclusion await you!

Very nice

Its an upstairs unit, it was clean and comfortable. Beautiful area. Well furnished. Kitchen had utensils and dishes, etc... there is a grill on the downstairs unit (I dont know how that one gets rented because it doesnt seem to show up on the VRBO website). Overall, a very nice place and I'm happy that I stayed there.

the place was trashed when we arrived as agreed. we were told the owner was living there by the other unit's occupants, but she was not around. we had to find another place during x-mas week - major hassle. owner never replied back to our questions why she did not hold up her end of the deal.

The views from this apartment and the large deck are wonderful. This was a great little hideaway, but still close in, for our Austin hiking and swimming getaway. Jackie responded quickly and kindly allowed us to show up a little early.

Overnight with the dogs

After a day at Red Bud Isle and Zilker Park, this retreat tucked away in the westlake highlands was fantastic. Your own hill country oasis surrounds you for your dogs to hike and for you to enjoy on your private balcony with beautiful views. Appointments within are exceptional with a 4 poster queen in one room and a queen sleigh in the other. Everything you need to settle in and relax including some well stocked sundries and pantry items. HEB is only 15 minutes away for your shopping needs. Free WiFi and a smart tv loaded with streaming apps for entertainment and a washer and dryer in the carport area. Fantastic property!

Awesome Condo in a beautiful neighborhood

Jackie was an awesome host and gave us amazing recommendations on Mexican restaurants in the area. The condo was absolutely perfect, in a beautiful part of Austin and very close to lots of activities and the sights. I absolutely recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Austin and I will most definitely try and stay here again next year!

Secluded wooded getaway

Beautiful property on a hill covered in trees. Very private and quiet. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Large closets and full kitchen was nice. All kinds of wildlife that can be seen from the cozy balcony. Lovely place!!
