Not a pleasant stay

Door didn't lock when we would leave the room. Couch was horribly stained. Long hair hanging on hook of bathroom door. Remote didn't work at all. Unable to log in the guest internet. No coffee in room. Limited breakfast put out. I expected more.

The most annoying part of my experience was housekeeping. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have any "do not disturb" doorknob hangers and housekeeping will go by every day or every other day around 10am. If you're trying to sleep in, housekeeping won't allow you to do so. Even after getting a post-it note saying "do not disturb," housekeeping still knocked on my door vigorously. Beyond frustrating. Also, breakfast selection is pretty poor. Other than that, the hotel is mainly quiet, and the location is convenient.

Would not recommend!

Ivy and Robert were helpful and under the circumstances; did best they could. The hotel did not have what they said; TV bad, no service they advertised, breakfast was a mess( except Friday) . I understand it was just purchased, but still need to be honest on situation and what they offer. Heard msny complaints. Was very disappointed; especially since we were there for medical reasons.

False hope to check in early. No customer service

I called a head of time to get an early check in, the first time they said it was to early for them to determine if that was a possibility and asked me to call closer to the date of check in. I called a couple days before and i was told that the earliest I could check in for free was 2pm anything before that it would be an extra charge so we agreed for 2pm check in instead of 4pm. We arrived to check in it was 2:30pm and we were told we could not check in until 3:30pm. I made them aware that I spoke to Robert for them to be ready for us to check in at 2pm and the reception did not seem to care if we spoke to someone or not. We had an event to attend to at 330pm so I had to start getting ready in the public restroom of the building and it was very hot in there. When we finally got into the room the TV did not work.

Hotel was clean, easy access to freeway and had several restaurants close by. The room and beds were very comfortable and check-in was quick. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. We went down about 40 minutes before it ended and there was barely anything left. We had to settle for biscuits (which were excellent) and a few greasy sausage patties for hot food. There were several other guests waiting around with us seeing if more food would be put out but nothing came. But of a bummer but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Low budget

Room- was clean bed no extra pillows or blankets. bathroom clean, was stains all over the carpet looks dirty. Breakfast was just poor not even the coffee was good but that is not important. The lobby was dirty, and the front desk lady was not dress for a hotel front desk person. This is my opinion only but if you are looking for a not expensive hotel this will work. and is in a good location
