2600 sq ft home away from home. NEW carpet and hardwood!! I made a short-term rental with everything I love to have when I stay at short-term rentals. 4 bedrooms-3 full bathrooms with a bonus room upstairs with a foosball table and huge bean bag chairs. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 day bed with 2 twin mattresses. 3 tvs, wifi, keyless entry, washer/dryer and a patio grill. I say sleeps eight with beds but I also have comfy couches and blow up mattress and even a porta- crib if your group is a little larger. Large kitchen perfect for staying-in cooking and a refrigerator that is huge! Super close to the Round Rock outlets, Round rock multi-sports complex(weekend soccer & baseball tournaments) ,Round Rock Express baseball team, Dell campus and the world famous Round Rock donuts restaurants and groceries nearby. The numerous medical RR cancer treatment centers are less than 5 miles if families need a place to stay. It is only a short 20-mile freeway drive to downtown austin for the music festivals and activities. Spend the day downtown and then come home to this quiet ROUND ROCK RETREAT. I might even have some Blue Bell Ice cream in the fridge for a Thank-You;)

My family and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. As well as the family friendly atmosphere. Although we didn't meet the host personally, but she made her present known. She had sticky notes posted throughout the house instructing us on how to access the wifi, as well as instructing us on how to utilize certain appliances throughout the house. So, on that note we will be back!
