I feel like this house is a work in progress. It’s super cute, in a great neighborhood and walkable to South Congress and Rainey street with access to a great walking trail very close by as well. The decor is very nice and the house was clean and quiet. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need with nice appliances and a walk in pantry. The couch is a large sectional that needs to be replaced. Both of the end sections were broken and the entire leather couch is peeling. The owner tried to cover it with a slipcover. This was very disappointing on several levels especially since they did such a great job with the look of the living space! This sad couch just negates all the hard work that was put into this area. The listing says this house sleeps 9 which is a true statement. However, the 4th bedroom is essentially a cot set up in the middle of a small room that looks like it should be an office. This is referred to as the “spa” room in the photos. All of the other bedrooms were large, clean and quiet with large en suite bathrooms. Again, each room needs a little more work to make it on the level that a person would expect when staying at even the most average hotel… let alone somewhere you are paying 900 a night to rent. Washcloths are not included in the “amenities” provided. With that being said, after messaging with the owner, washcloths were dropped off for our use.
