There was booming from the upper floor all day and night and when I asked staff for a different room they said it was housekeeping making the noise and that it should stop. They also let me know changing rooms would be difficult because they were sold out for the night. The pillows were not comfortable, the TV was in a strange position from where the TV was placed making it difficult to watch TV in the bed, there was a very limited menu for breakfast, doors and flooring were dirty, pillows were uncomfortable, room was stuffy, dusty, and uncomfortable.

Good: The staff were amazing, particularly a young man named Divine. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was available all day. Not as good: Unfortunately the music from Ojos Locos was loud enough to be a nuisance well past midnight on Friday and Saturday nights (our room faced the main parking area and Buffalo Wild Wings and Los Ojos).
