Marvel at the glittering lights of this small-scale metropolis from the comfort of your resort, equipped with modern amenities to make you feel right at home. Stay at this brand new all-suite hotel in Austin, just steps away from all the entertainment on 6th street, for an authentic Texan vacation, including fine Southern hospitality and charm.

The Studio unit ranges from 697 - 875 sq. feet and comes fitted with a King bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes a full bathroom, full kitchen, 2 TVs (one in living room area and one in bedroom area), DVD player, Ceiling fans (one in living room area and one in bedroom area), Washer/Dryer in unit, and an in room safe for valuables.

Please note that there are only balconies in some, but not all, units. We can request that your unit has a balcony if you tell us to, but it is not guaranteed.

Elevator and stairs can be accessed.

Parking is available at the on-site garage for $30 per night / per vehicle with in and out privileges. Vehicles must clear 7 ft. in order to park in the garage.

There is no shuttle service to or from the resort and the airport. We suggest using Uber or Lyft.

NOTE:
Guest Checking in must be 21 or older.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Great location, good value

Communication was easy and clear. Apartment is large enough to accommodate a family with kids (max 4). Kitchen was outfitted. Some fun things to do in the building. Pool on the roof was really cool. Great location and value. Easy to walk to downtown Austin.
