Family trip

The house was on a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking. Well situated to access north and central Austin. Bedding was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice size home, very comfortable and good location

Overall a nice spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place and plan to stay here again in the future. We were in town visiting family who lives down the street so for us this was just a place to sleep but the time we did spend here was very comfortable. Pros: huge common areas, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, close to hike/bike trails Cons: yard could be a bit more tidy and kitchen doesn’t have much so if you plan to cook bring all ingredients.

Clean and spacious!

The rental is in a nice, quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes north of downtown. Very convenient location. The house was large and clean, with 2 Queen beds and a King, along with 2.5 baths. Also a nice patio we wish we had more time to enjoy.

Quiet cul-de-sac North Austin

Very clean, quiet house in North Austin right off I-35. We were in town for a family reunion and the UT football game. HEB is very close, backyard and back patio very nice, and keyless entry makes for easy check in and check out. One note: ice maker not hooked up, so be sure to grab your ice before you arrive.
