I really appreciate the communication and the follow-ups to ensure I had what I needed. This is a beautiful property. Check-in had a few bumps, but overall the unit was very nice, it had modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Apartment was in excellent condition in a great location. Check in not so much. You must upload documents and wait for an email to download an app to unlock the door. I arrived at 8 PM and did not get access until 915. Took 4 phone calls and a series of text messages. Actual unit was great! Comfortable furniture and bedding.

Apartment itself was great! Sold a bill of goods on fitness center since as a renter you could only go in middle of the day. Gate access was a challenge. Code was changed halfway through stay and couldn't get back in. Property management communication was good during business hours and horrible in evenings and early mornings. 24/7 was exaggerated.

.the apartamento is very very clean, organized, and nicely designed. The stay was awesome. If I were to recommend something, that would make it the perfect place. Since it was a family getaway, we wanted to relax and stay there, so I needed to cook. The cooking utensils were not good quality. The pans were old and the utensils not firm enough. Also, it would be ideal to have a set of twin beds or bunk beds for the guest room so that two people don’t have to co-sleep. Other than that, I highly recommend it

Property is great but they don’t take care of it. Condo was sparsely stocked. Staff at fitness center and pooled seemed annoyed we were there and wanted to use facility. Very disappointing.

Extremely frustrated with the experience I had attempting to check in at the Artesian. Upon arrival, I realized I had not received an email from Dwelo with access instructions. I contacted support and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, only to be disconnected. I called again and left a voicemail, but did not receive a return call. On my third attempt, I finally spoke with a representative who resent the Dwelo email and assisted me in downloading the app. However, after logging in, I was informed I did not have permission to access the door. I logged out and back in, hoping to receive a passcode, but nothing worked. I made another call to support and was again placed on hold for an extended period. After over an hour of trying to resolve this, with my 8-year-old daughter in tow and needing sleep, I had no choice but to stay with a nearby friend for the night. Given the inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our plans, I requested a full reimbursement for my stay, along with additional compensation for the time, hassle, and lack of support I experienced. I'm still waiting to hear back on my reimbursement.

Great property in Bee Cave

Excellent property, conviniently located, very clean and inviting. Close to Hwy 71, 10 min Drive from shopping and grocery store. Very quiet, didnt hear any of the neighbors. Unfortunately, some basics were missing. There was no kettle, tea bags, no sugar, no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil. It was frustrating to start my morning with a trip to a grocery store to buy a kettle and tea. Toiletries were too cheap, no Bar soap, no lotion, no shower cup and my wife got allergy reaction to the bath towels. Bed was very comfortable, big smart TV, modern design. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Looked like brand new apartments. Very cozy & comfy with all the amenities of home. Very large kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom. Even the closest were huge. Washer & dryer stack were an added bonus. Bed was comfy. Way better & cheaper than a hotel room. What a surprise with a big music festival just seven miles away. The bathroom was large with his & her sinks. The tub/shower was great although a high step for short folk. Self check in was nice, but not for the non-tech type. I understand it is for security purposes but I don't like giving phone camera access to anything that deals with biometric. I do recommend the place for a great stay.

The apartment was ver nice but we had a lot of trouble getting into the apartment because the code we were sent via email didn’t work. We could not use the recommended app for access either. We had to call a support number in WA for assistance and they were able to help us after about 15 minutes.

Check in procedure was terrible. Several steps via internet. Also, third party furnished the wrong entry code... we were left standing in the cold for over 30 minutes til someone could give us the correct code. Mold on ice and in the freezer. Area was very nice.
