o Whether you’re here for a short escape or an extended vacation, our property is crafted to offer a perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience—a true Austin vacation home that feels like a personal haven.
Guest-First Access & Amenities:
• Guests will have Private access to the whole house, backyard, hot tub, and pool.
• Normal Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm. Upon Request, we can attempt to coordinate with our cleaners to accommodate an earlier check-in but typically 2-2:30pm is the earliest possible time & our cleaners may be finishing up upon your earlier arrival. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
• Check-out is at 11:00am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we typically cannot offer early check-in or late check-out requests. If we are able to offer it, early check-in requires a fee for our cleaning team and would begin as early as 1:00pm. Unauthorized late checkouts can incur the same fee if the cleaning crew is delayed.
• However, you can ALWAYS request early Drop-Off of your Luggage securely inside the home. As Early as 11:30am for luggage drop-off, upon request.
• Our home is equipped with all you need for a smooth stay: a fully stocked kitchen, central A/C, high-speed WiFi, plenty of entertainment options, a makeup bar, hot tub, coffee maker, custom cabana style bar, and plenty of insta-worthy photo ops! With ample space, a beautiful bar, and decor inspired by the heart of Texas and Classic Country hits, The Cowboy Cabana provides the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable Texas experience.
★ Every Monday & Thursday, our Pool/Lawn care/Maintenance tech comes by the house to mow the lawn and service the Pool and Hot Tub.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ Please note the property managers do not have any access to the mailbox. Please message at least a week or two in advance if you need to mail anything during your stay.
★ Please note Early Check-in / Late Check-out is not always available due to our high occupancy. We will always try to accommodate whenever possible though! There is a fee of $150 charged by our cleaners for early check-in or late check-out.
★ Please help us by taking the trash outside to the curb on Wednesday evenings. Trash pickup is Thursday morning. Please return empty cans Thursday night.

★ Pool & hot tub are both cleaned weekly so chlorine levels are always good. With that being said, Wind does tend to blow debris into the pool, which is why our cleaners do their best to clean it after every stay. Some debris are going to be a fact of life unfortunately but the pool is regularly maintained, pool pump operates daily, & Pool filters changed weekly.
[Tip]: There is a net that You can use to skim the pool more IF you desire too (not mandatory).***
