The first floor apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for our visit to UT. Reserved street parking was available near the front entrance. The "West Campus" neighborhood is densely populated, but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Communication with owner was excellent.
