🔹 No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed due to severe allergies.
🔹 Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
🔹 TV Remote: Please keep track of the remote; replacement cost is $50.
🔹 EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging an electric vehicle via regular outlets will incur a $35/night fee.
🔹 Child Safety: The house is not child-proofed; constant family supervision is required for children.
🔹 Parking: Designated parking is located at the back of the property. Please don't block this driveway.
