The Check in staff between 11Am - 3pm is very very rude and has a very distinct "i don't want to be bother attitude". Avoid Booking. A/C doesnt provide coolneess just hot heat.

It’s a long term stay hotel. No ice machine, no in room coffee, no continental breakfast. Fitness room is mid. The front desk people were awesome. Had some issues with the tv and they fixed it quickly.

Extremely clean very quiet and comfy beds. My only feedback though is prepare to bring your own kitchen supplies. They provide some at a cost but the room doesn’t even have utensils. Other than that great stay will be coming back

I checked out 3 days early and the woman at the front desk assured me that l could get a refund if I contacted hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and they could not reach the front desk for days and days. I tried calling the hotel myself for a few days at different times to no answer at all. The general manager even said they would look into it and its about a week later with no response. I stayed for over a week and I saw the hotel lobby flood when it would rain every few says and they use the towels to mop it up and make a barrier instead of just fixing the issue. The hotel front doors dont open all of the way either so that makes it a little hard to use luggage carts. It could be a good spot, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property is decent, management needs improvement. Still waiting on management to take care of an issue from 4 months ago. Stayed two nights and didn’t have water the whole stay. Manager said he was working on issuing refunds but never did. Every time I try to reach out he’s never available or always in meetings.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service. Hotel lobby floods each time it rains. The front doors don’t even open up all the way so you can push the luggage cart in/out. They also dodged Hotels.com when they would call for days. I tried calling as well and received no answer any of the times. Paper thin walls. Only stay here if you absolutely have to.
