We waited 40 mins for an employee to show up and check us in after calling the 500 number and ringing the doorbell countless times. When the employee came from outside, he claimed his work phone never rang. If I had not already paid, I would have gone to another hotel.

Staff wait time was long. Gave the room doesn’t match description, and didn’t really give a good price for it. The front desk uy was nice, but GM was not helpful. Gave the room we booked to someone else even though we already paid. Didn’t let us know that the room was not available.
