Fully renovated, this beautiful 90m² period apartment (with herringbone oak flooring, decorative moldings, fireplaces, and 2.90 m high ceilings), located on the first floor of a family-owned building, combines the charm of a historic residence with modern comfort.

Warm ambiance and lovely natural light on the first floor, with no overlooking neighbors, in a living space thoughtfully designed by our interior architect.
Free parking is available on the street or at Place de l’Arquebuse (note: market days are Tuesday and Friday mornings).

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi (SFR), TV, Ethernet network, towels, bed linen, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle are provided.

Perfekt

Dieses Appartement ist perfekt, wunderschöne Einrichtung, sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Das Appartement ist großzügig, die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend, um Auxerre zu erkunden, aber auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.
