Step back from the mainland and into something slower, saltier, and altogether more beautiful. This ocean-view condo in Avalon sits above Catalina's palm-lined shoreline, where the Pacific stretches out in every direction and the pace of island life takes over the moment you arrive. Designed for couples or small groups of up to four, it balances thoughtful interiors with the kind of outdoor living that makes Catalina unforgettable.

Living space
The interior tells its own story through the materials underfoot and overhead - mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors run throughout, paired with imported 15th-century reclaimed limestone from Corsica. The open-concept living area flows easily between the kitchen, lounge, and balcony, keeping the space feeling connected and airy. A Smart TV with Alexa voice control is on hand for evenings in, while ceiling and portable fans keep the air moving year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is fitted with a Cariloha king mattress and quality bed linens, designed for a genuinely restful night. For a third or fourth guest, the living area offers a king-sized sofa sleeper - comfortable and easy to set up.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals - KitchenAid appliances, a Keurig coffee maker stocked with Starbucks capsules, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of cookware and utensils. A dishwasher keeps cleanup straightforward. When the food is ready, take it outside.

Balcony & outdoor
The ocean-facing balcony is where this condo earns its reputation. Outdoor furniture and a dining set make it ideal for morning coffee or a long dinner as the sun drops behind the hills. The BBQ grill - stocked with charcoal, grill utensils, and skewers - is ready to go whenever you are. A hot tub is also available on the property.

Getting around
A 2020 EZGO electric golf cart is included with your stay. Avalon is a golf cart town, and having your own means you move on your schedule - to the harbor, the beach, the shops, or wherever the day takes you. An EV charger is available on the property, and free parking is included.

Good to know
The property has exterior security cameras, including a front door and patio camera, as part of the Hamilton Cove community's common-area coverage. Our host Rimas, was very quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo furnishings were very nice quality. It felt like we were staying at a friends nice condo and not a worn down rental property. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property and will absolutely stay there again!

Staying at Hamilton Cove reminded us of our stay in Praiano Italy on the Amalfi Coast. Beautiful ocean views on the cliffs of the shore. Great getaway! The use of golf cart was a great bonus while on the island.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time to the island. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, the property was as described. The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.

Epic Location

We stayed in the most beautiful villa. Well appointed with new furniture a lovely deck with BBQ over looking the Pacific Ocean. We are looking to book again and invite a couple more friends. Rimas was a great host and was available to answer any questions we had about the island, what to do for fun and the best restaurants.

The property was beautiful and the condo was decorated so cool. It had everything we needed. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The towels were soft and plentiful. Definitely recommend this condo for a couple. It was our 25th anniversary and the owner was very sweet to leave us a bottle of wine, thank you!

Fabulous property with amazing views. Very comfortable and nice! The host was very responsive and kind. I would certainly recommend this condo. There are a lot of stairs, so you will need the ability to climb them to stay in this unit.
