Inside, the open-concept living area draws the coastline panorama deep into the room through large windows that frame the ocean like a living canvas. An indoor fireplace anchors the space with warmth, and the layout moves easily between lounging and dining. A TV and board games offer all you need for an evening in - though with that view, you may find it hard to look away.

Balcony & outdoor
The wrap-around balcony is the heart of the villa. Sun and shade rotate across it throughout the day, making it equally suited to a slow morning coffee, an al fresco lunch, or a long sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Elevated above the coastline, the outdoor seating offers an unobstructed view of the water, and the BBQ grill gives you every reason to keep the evening outside.

Whether you're cooking a proper meal or assembling a casual spread after a day on the water, everything is already here.

For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
