19 Flamingo Drive is a magnificent 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom bayfront home located in the exclusive Fingers section of Avalon. The first floor offers plenty of space to entertain in several living spaces including a separate family room and multiple seating and dining areas. The tasteful kitchen with high end appliances is central to the living space which allows for an easy flow for entertaining guests. Glass sliders lead directly to the spacious deck which includes a dining area, seating area, and an oversized hot tub. The backyard is spacious and has a small plunge pool and the dock has space for your boat and other water activity equipment like paddleboards or kayaks. Four bedrooms are located on the second floor and three have private balconies with incredible bayfront views. The custom bunk room is very spacious with plenty of room for sleeping and can double as a playroom. The third floor features the primary suite with custom mill work, home office space with a built-in desk, walk in closet, and a wonderfully updated bathroom.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of 7 Mile Beach. Features include laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
