It was in an old building but it had been well maintained. The room was small but functional. There was a very good continental breakfast available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location!

This was a great hotel. Nice clean room that was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the canal, gondola tours, shopping centre and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. We opted for private parking which was below the nearby mall - the hotel provides a swipe card and directions. A short walk back to the hotel, but felt very safe about leaving the rental car there.

Overall the hotel response for my late reservation was very good. I had arrived in Coimbra by delayed bus 03:00am and I succeed to have a room to sleep. The check in was done smoothly and with the best hospitality.
