The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The area around Rua de São Roque in Aveiro is full of charm and local character, perfectly situated near the iconic canals that give the city its nickname, the "Venice of Portugal." Visitors can enjoy scenic moliceiro boat rides, admire colourful Art Nouveau buildings, and stroll along peaceful waterfront paths. Just a short walk away, the historic city centre offers a mix of traditional shops, lively cafés, and regional pastry shops serving the famous ovos moles.

This neighbourhood provides easy access to cultural landmarks such as the Museu de Aveiro and the Sé Cathedral. Whether you're interested in architecture, food, or simply soaking in the unique atmosphere of a canal-side town, the area offers a relaxed yet engaging base for your stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Sra. das Febres A, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
