The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, so you can prepare delicious meals with ease.

Multiple windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which features an elevator for easy access.

Located in the heart of the city, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and local life, it offers the perfect blend of central convenience and relaxing views.
Modern and fully equipped, the studio sits in an iconic building on Aveiro’s main avenue, right next to the central canal and the Forum Aveiro shopping center, offering unique views over the olive garden and the Ria’s waterways. It is an ideal retreat for leisure or work.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station is just a 15-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
