This charming 61m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The main living area is a stylish and bright open space featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table, perfect for enjoying your favourite shows. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There’s also access to an inner outdoor area with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease.

The first bedroom offers a cosy queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom features two single beds. All beds are dressed in high-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, with towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Please note that it is located on the 1st floor without an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a prime location that offers easy access to several notable attractions. A short stroll leads to the Museu de Aveiro, housed in a former convent, where visitors can delve into the region's rich history and art. The nearby Ria de Aveiro provides picturesque canals ideal for leisurely moliceiro boat tours, offering a unique perspective of the city's landscape.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of dining options in the vicinity. Salpoente is renowned for its contemporary Portuguese cuisine, particularly its innovative codfish dishes. For those craving Italian flavours, Dolce Pizzeria Ristorante offers a delightful selection of pizzas and pasta in a cosy setting.

Aveiro Train Station is just 15 min walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 50 minutes drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
