The open-plan living area features a cosy seating space, a dining table for shared meals, and a wide-screen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings and enjoying your favourite shows. Step out onto the private balcony to breathe in the fresh air and unwind in a peaceful outdoor setting.
The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for home cooking, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery.
The master bedroom offers a restful queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
Families with children will also appreciate the nearby playground, offering a safe and fun space for little ones to enjoy during your stay.

Located in one of Aveiro’s most convenient areas, the property offers a fantastic base for exploring the city. This central street is just a short walk from the main avenue, Avenida Doutor Lourenço Peixinho, which connects the railway station to the heart of the city. The area is well served by public transport and close to a wide variety of local amenities.
Several supermarkets are nearby, making it easy to pick up groceries and essentials. The area is also home to cafés, bakeries, small shops, and restaurants offering Portuguese and international cuisine. Charming spots like Café Chávena are just around the corner for a relaxing breakfast or coffee.
The property is ideally situated for visitors arriving by train or bus, with the Aveiro train station and central bus stops located just minutes away. There are also bicycle paths and parking areas throughout the neighbourhood, encouraging exploration by bike or foot.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
