Villa La Fenice is a holiday home for 6 guests in San Pietro in Bevagna, 2,5 kilometers away from the beaches on the Ionian coast, in the residential area of Urmo Belsito.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, mosquito nets and gratings, hair-dryer, barbecue and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

villa with outdoor dining area, has a large garden with beach beds, an
outdoor shower which is useful after a day at the beach and a barbecue.
Villa La Fenice consists of a well-equipped kitchen with double sofa bed, corridor e two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
In one of the bedrooms there is a tv. Both bedrooms are equipped with
air conditioning, gratings and mosquito nets. In the two full bathrooms
there are hair-dryers.

Villa
La Fenice is in a quiet residential area, a short drive away from the
beautiful beaches. The most known beaches are Punta Prosciutto and San
Pietro in Bevagna, with sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. The holiday
home is also close to the charming Salina dei monaci, nature oasis where
you can see the pink flamingos

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
