Spacious apartment for short stay

We stayed 2 nights at this modern apartment, 15 minute walk from center of Aviemore. It is clean and well laid out. Except for hand wash, you need to bring all toiletries. Very small amount of dish soap provided. Plenty of dishes and cookware but you will need to bring all food to cook with including oils etc. we left laundry detergent there for next customers.Only problem ww had was arrival process. Although booked through VRBO, cottages.com handled things. When I did not receive any arrival instructions I messages thru VRBO system several times unsuccessfully. Finally we thought to try cottages.com. It took them awhile to contact owner and get code we needed to access keys locked inMailbox. So we were unable to check in at 4pm. Main recommendation I will make is to improve arrival instructions.
