Once the home of the town’s stationmaster, this charming property is located on the historic Railway Terrace, right beside the mainline that has connected the Highlands to the rest of Scotland for generations. Today, Birchview offers a peaceful and characterful base for families and friends looking to explore everything Aviemore and the Cairngorms have to offer.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, with two double beds, one king-size bed, and a single – ideal for familiesmixed groups. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Inside, you’ll find a cosy living area perfect for winding down after a day in the outdoors, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the essential kitchenware. Enjoy mealtimes in the large dining room with patio doors to the immaculate garden.
Outside, Birchview features a private, fenced garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue – a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, let the children play,relax with a book in the fresh Highland air. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join your stay. Additional amenities include free WiFi, central heating, a TV, radio, iron, and private outdoor parking for 1 car. Communal parking is available.
