Welcome to Loramore, a big, warm and relaxed holiday home in Aviemore, within the vast beauty of Cairngorms National Park. It is the kind of place where family holidays and trips with friends breathe easier: space to spread out, gather and slow down together. Step outside and you are moments from shops, cafes and restaurants on the main road, with woodland walks and wide Highland views just a short stroll or drive away.



The heart of Loramore is the open plan living and dining space, full of light and designed for lingering. Sink into generous sofas beside the log burner and let the glow carry you through the evening after a day at the loch, on the hill or up on the ski slopes. The dining table sits between the lounge and the kitchen, so conversations drift between cooking, chatting and long, relaxed meals. The kitchen is long and practical and made for proper self catering, with full size appliances and plenty of worktop space so feeding a crowd feels easy.



With five comfortable bedrooms, two superking, one kingsize, one double and one twin, there is room for mixed family groups and friends to settle in without compromise. Three bedrooms have their own ensuite shower room, which keeps mornings calm and straightforward. A family bathroom with a bath offers a welcome soak for tired legs and an easy routine for younger children after adventurous days in the Cairngorms.



The house is set up for real life in the Highlands. A large utility room has generous space for sports gear and baby equipment, from wet jackets and golf clubs to skis, paddleboards, travel cots and highchairs, so the living areas stay clear and restful.



Loramore is dog friendly and the enclosed back garden gives dogs and children a safe place to play outside for a while. Beyond the gate, Aviemore opens into woodland walks and easy trails, so you can explore from your front door and wander back to the fire as the day cools. Only the back garden is enclosed, so dogs should be supervised elsewhere, but that simply becomes another excuse to lace up your boots and head out on the paths.
