In addition to having various theatres and the Halles d'Avignon covered market within walking distance, you can easily reach the city's entertainment in less than 10 minutes: the green park on the heights of the Rocher des Doms, the unavoidable Pont d'Avignon, or the Remparts d'Avignon open-air museum; not forgetting the wide choice of bars, cafés and restaurants on the Place des Châtaignes and the Place des Carmes.
