For a family or business event, we can offer you the use of the entire farmhouse for up to 18 people.

At Mas de la Roule you'll find the charm of the old with its stone walls and modern comforts.

The main part:
In the main part, you will be able to meet in the cathedral lounge of 58 m² under a height of 6.50 m and a kitchen of 37 m².
There is also a WC, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a shower room with walk-in shower.

On the 1st floor, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 160cm beds and 1 140cm bed. There is also a WC and a bathroom with bath and double washbasin unit.

The 2nd floor has a 35 m² air-conditioned relaxation room with a desk, pool table and TV. There is also a 23m² air-conditioned dormitory with 2 x 160cm beds.

The studios:
We offer 4 independent studios, each with its own kitchenette and private shower room, 160 cm bed, flat-screen TV, all air-conditioned.
One studio has a heated whirlpool bath.

Outside:
Outside you can relax and stroll around the 2 hectares of the property. There are 5 garden lounges, a large dining table and a 10m x 5m swimming pool.
Children can enjoy the play area with swings, slide and tree houses.
Older children can enjoy the ping-pong table or the petanque pitch in the shade of the olive trees.

Wifi is available throughout the Mas.
The property offers parking for a large number of vehicles.
Sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the rental price.
We also provide bicycles to take you to Avignon in 5 minutes.
You can also get there on foot by taking the river shuttle, which is 10 minutes away.
