Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont très propres, le mobilier est de qualité, très bon standing. Et le couloir de nage est super et surtout tout est mis à disposition (très proche de la chambre, des serviettes de partout, des toilettes, douches…)

Décevant

L'hôtel se situe en périphérie d'Avignon, près du centre hospitalier. Des bus vers la gare TGV et la ville sont accessibles à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel. Un parking (fermé le soir) est disponible, hélas il manque de places et est très mal configuré. Les chambres rénovées sont propres, elles ont une décoration et des couleurs contemporaines, hélas elles sont très étroites ainsi que la salle de bains. Chaque centimètre carré a été optimisé. Elles disposent d'un plateau de courtoisie et d'un coffre fort, mais il manque un miroir cosmétique. Le petit déjeuner propose du sucré et du salé (saumon fumé très apprécié), cependant n'espérez pas trouver d'assiette ou de tasse supplémentaire, aucune vaisselle n'est mise à disposition en accès libre. La gestion du réapprovisionnement est chaotique, quand il y a de la charcuterie il n'y a plus de pain, quand il y a du pain il n'y a plus de yaourt, et ainsi de suite... Le personnel semble très jeune et un peu inexpérimenté. Les pains et les gâteaux ne sont pas très bons ou pas frais. Enfin, le point négatif du séjour a été l'absence totale d'eau chaude pendant deux jours. Il aurait été apprécié d'avoir un mot écrit d'excuse dans la chambre pour tenir informé de la situation ou une proposition de relogement dans un autre hôtel... le seul dédommagement a été une remise de 12€ sur un séjour de 3 nuits... c'est très peu...
