The bed was very comfortable, and I had a view of the inner courtyard. The lift helped with my luggage, but inside there was still some steps. The hotel doesn’t have that extremely fresh feel, but it was definitely clean and comfortable. I’d stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Central Hotel in Avignon. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and daily housekeeping was a great bonus. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location—just a short walk from the main train station. Highly recommended!

Money-driven only.

Bad customer service, making money seems the only purpose - keep selling specific restaurant, the aircon is not cold at all, no proper bed sheet but a simple mattress protector. Internet is quite unstable and very slow in room, no lift and the male reception pointed me to wrong building and I claimed to the wrong top floor.

Breakfast is below average, bad location, homeless people congregating around hotel, air conditioning malfunctioned, water pressure in the shower was very low and you should wait for several min for water to become hot. Hotel double charged us for the stay and owner refused to issue a refund.

Bruno was accommodating and wore “many hats”; checked us in, bartended, recommended a good restaurant etc The room was comfortable and spacious. Up to date aside from the bath towels. Location was perfect. Would stay there again

Good overall experience

Overall a good experience. The only thing about the hotel that I did not realize: it is five stories tall. My room was on the very top floor and no elevator. If you are older or have a heavy bag, be certain you can get a room on the lower floors. The location is excellent if you are coming by train and it was a pleasant walk to tons of nice restaurants.
