The listing could be clearer that this is primarily a student residence- rules about cleaning and garbage removal, etc. seem aimed at longer term rentals. I booked here to have a kitchenette (my spouse is coeliac), and that aspect was excellent. Also, immediate location doesn’t feel great but within a 5 minute walk there are wonderful and interesting streets.
