Excellent lovely apartment bang in the centre

Very comfortable first floor property. No elevator, but short flight of stairs from ground floor. Can get a little bit noisy at night due to the bars close by on Place Crillon, but it comes with the central location. Parking is very easy in the Parking des Alles de l'Oulle (free overnight).

quatre jours en Avignon

cet appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier très pittoresque tout près du palais des Papes, et au calme; avec agréable disposition des pièces .Mais le descriptif ne correspond pas c'est dommage : - le canapé n'est pas un canapé convertible adapté pour adulte, il très inconfortable en position assise et encore plus inconfortable allongé, il est vétuste, usé, sans aucun rembourrage, cela équivaut à dormir sur une planche ou à être assis sur une planche - la vaisselle n'est pas à hauteur non plus, les poêles anti-adhésives étaient rayées et sales, les placard d'une propreté douteuse, les verres dépareillés de même que les assiettes Quant à l'arrivée, il n'y avait qu'un lit de fait, même si j'avais annoncé deux adultes et un enfant,- dont un adulte devant dormir sur le canapé Au moment du départ nous avons du attendre une demi-heure pour pouvoir remettre la clé avant de partir....très stressant!!! Nous avons néanmoins beaucoup apprécié Avignon, même si l'accueil et l'état de l'appartement ont gâché quelque peu notre plaisir

Appartement très très bien situé et bien équipé.

Excellente situation, à deux pas de la place Crillon, dans une ruelle tranquille. De la chambre,le soir, on entend la musique de la place mais vers minuit tout est calme ( cela ne m'a absolument pas dérangé vu que je me couche plus tard ). J'ai vraiment apprécié la situation de l'appartement. Celui-ci est très bien équipé . La pièce de vie est spacieuse ce qui n'est pas à négliger. Que dire de plus ? Les contacts : bons contacts par mail avec le propriétaire et bravo à la personne de contact pour cet appartement qui a répondu dans la soirée à mon appel téléphonique . Points négatifs ??? Les moustiquaires ne sont pas au top ! Ils sont devenus, avec le temps je suppose, presqu'inutilisables. Peut-être un petit coup de peinture pour rafraîchir. Ce qui est certain , si je revenais à Avignon, j'essayerais de louer à nouveau cet appartement.

Appartement rénové avec gout, idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville !

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple et 2 enfants, ou 2 couples. Il est idéalement situé : Proche de la navette gratuite qui nous dépose au parking gratuit à l'extérieur de la ville. A 2 pas des rues piétonnes, des principaux monuments et des plus belles places d'Avignon ! Niveau situation, c'est le top ! ! ! Cet appartement à été très bien rénové, et était très propre à notre arrivée. Il est cependant peu lumineux car situé dans une petite ruelle plutôt calme (Forcément il est au coeur de la vieille ville...et on ne peut pas tout avoir). Il est toutefois très bien pour dormir et quelques repas en famille, car très bien équipé ! Nous avons été bien reçu, et avons eu de bons contacts par mail avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...
