You will enjoy the entire Au 1894 House. It is made up of 2 apartments, connected by stairs: the "Grand Cru" on the ground floor and the "Loft" on the upper floor, which can be booked separately as well. It will allow you to have all the space you'll need for a family or friends trip up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).

At the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne area, discover the charming village of Avize and its many winegrowers. Free Parking, Bakery, and many local shops nearby.
Ideally located less than 10 km from Epernay, the Capital of Champagne, this confortable accommodation with air conditioning will welcome you to immerse yourself in the Champagne region.

This character building dating back from 1894 has been renovated but while keeping old elements to highlight its charm: exposed beams, second-hand modernized furniture, vintage decoration…

It is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen essentials (dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.)… We provide bed sheets and towels. Cleaning fee is included in the price. Champagne bottles are available in the fridge for an additional cost. You will feel right at home!

Concerned about the environment, we are trying to do our part to help the planet by applying eco-conscious efforts in our accommodations: the “Grand cru” is equipped with energy-saving lighting, water-saving taps, and a heat pump.

We can advise you wine tourism activities to discover the hills and Champagne Houses classified as UNESCO World Heritage and become a Champagne expert, such as : vineyard and cellar tours, "sabrage" lesson and tastings in the house's traditional champagne cellar…

Nous étions 6 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. Nous avions le loft et l'appartement rez-de-chaussée.Très propre .Bien que nous avions les 2 logements car il y avait beaucoup de vaisselle manquantes, ou pas prévu ? (des verres à vins et de champagne ... 1 ou 2 de chaque Bien pour passer 1 à 2 nuits maximum. Le loft est bien aménagé et sympa avec un petit coin salon. L'appartement le grand cru la douche est avec un rideau ,le mobilier en général pas trop confortable et désuet.
