Ideally located less than 10 km from Epernay the Capital of Champagne, this charming apartment with air conditioning will welcome you in one of its two comfortable bedrooms decorated on the theme of champagne.
This apartment with exposed beams also has a large living room including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Concerned about the environment, we are trying to do our part to help the planet by applying eco-conscious efforts in our accommodations: the “Grand cru” is equipped with energy-saving lighting, water-saving taps, and a heat pump.
It is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen essentials (dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.)… We provide bed sheets and towels. Cleaning fee is included in the price.
Champagne bottles are available in the fridge for an additional cost.
