The views from this property are absolutely stunning! Fabulous family home for the holidays. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sea breezes from the balcony with a sunset
drink and an easy walk down to the sands of Avoca Beach. Summer never looked so good!

House had not been cleaned when we arrived late at night - dirty sheets etc. We could not contact owner until the next dayPower went several times, switch board was locked so we were without power in some rooms until the next dayHouse very coldDoor in master bed room could not close, there was a large gap

Great Getaway

We regularly get away from Sydney over Christmas and have our adult children meet with the broader family. This property was perfect for our family and has a fantastic view of Avoca Beach. Very clean and had everything we needed for both entertaining and eating in.
