The Lookout - Never-ending Views

If NO HOT WATER there is sub board located in the pantry. in the switch may trip. it just needs to be turned back on. Delonghi pod machine plus milk frother. Air-con split in
lounge room plus d/s bedroom. Ceiling fan in both u/s bedrooms. cabin has a small electric heater/fan. Stair gate upstairs.

`The Lookout` can accommodate 10 people. This piece of heaven has never-ending views taking in the entire length of Avoca Beach, with north-easterly aspect and
uninterrupted vista north to the Skillion at Terrigal.

In an ideal location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, cafes and shops, it is the perfect place to stay all year round. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you will have the best of both
worlds- being close to the action but in a peaceful quiet location with only the noise of the waves and birds to wake you each morning.

On street level you will find the living/kitchen/dining area, leading out to a balcony overlooking the ocean, with BBQ and seating for 10
+ diners. The view is magnificent! There are two bedrooms on this level (1 queen bed, the other twin singles) and the main 3-way bathroom with spa bath on this level.

The lower level encompasses a large master bedroom suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, opening onto a large balcony with sunbeds, and again, spectacular views.

The laundry is on this lower level and direct access to the garage from there. Go through laundry and down a path to reach the flat which is not air conditioned but has a fan

Further downstairs has a large private studio, accessed via the garage and down a path. This has an ensuite, 1 x queen bed plus a set of bunks and more views of the beach
and the ocean. A great area for a young family or young couple.

3-way bathroom and spa bath. Downstairs Master suite with walk in robe and ensuite and balcony.
Downstairs again to a huge, private studio with queen bed and a set of bunks. Ideal for visiting family.

Lovely apartment with amazing views but let down by a lack of amenities. We had a 14 night stay at considerable expense and were disappointed to discover there was no mid stay clean or replacement of linen. There were almost no cleaning products provided.There was very little bathroom soap and only 2 extra toilet rolls and 6 dishwashing tablets provided for an apartment that is meant to sleep 10 people.

Check in was very messy. Missing keys and little to no explanation as to what configuration of rooms included. Very little details on how stove works where the bbbd are located
