Upstairs open plan living area with timber floors and ducted air-

Poorly appointed for cost

We paid a premium and were happy to do so expecting an equivalent experience. Unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. The furnishings were poor, the living areas small, the outdoor furniture gross and old. It would’ve been perfectly fine for half the price. The location was decent up a small private hill/laneway across from the beach. Definitely not good for kids or elderly parents (tiled stairs).
