Two wraparound decks provide shade and a breeze while you take in the beautiful views. Out front, the Avon Village sidewalk awaits your early morning jog or a sunset stroll. You'll enjoy being close to the famous Canadian Hole, Hatteras Lighthouse, Food Lion, Dollar Tree, great restaurants, and anything else you desire.

You'll love having access to the Outer Beaches swimming pools, and you can clean your fresh catch of the day at the cleaning station beneath the property. This house is a delight to come home to after a day spent at the beach, offering an outdoor shower to rinse away any lingering sand and a washer/dryer to take care of the swimsuits and towels.

Tucked away on Highway 12, the spacious interior is filled with natural light and beautiful coastal décor.
