Thoughtfully upgraded, this light and bright condo features fresh paint, all-new flooring, a completely remodeled kitchen, and bathrooms. On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll love being located within easy walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street.
The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. The primary suite boasts a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation.

Shared Charcoal Grill
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The pool has a soft open date of 5/22 and a soft close date of 10/11. This is subject to change.
